Alongside the reproduction components we list, we take on one-off work: a part that no longer exists, or a part that has never been made. Send us what you have and we will tell you what is possible.

Reverse engineering & manufacturing

Where a component no longer exists — or never did in the form you need — we work from what you can send us and produce a replacement made to fit its original location.

  • We begin with what you can send: the original part, what remains of it, a drawing, or photographs.
  • Form, pattern and mounting points are established before anything is produced.
  • A first piece can be checked for fit before further quantities are made.
  • Tell us the quantity — a single component or a repeated run.

Custom part 3D printing

Parts printed to order from a model we develop for you, or from a file you already hold. Suited to one-offs, prototypes and components too rare to justify tooling.
